Event Coordinator

  • At least one year of guest/customer service experience.
  • Successful candidates will have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous administrative experience is highly desired.
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred and if within Hilton a plus!
  • Working knowledge of Delphi, fdc would be an asset.

Hourly range: $22.00-$23.00

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (schedule can shift by 30 minutes based on business need)

What will I be doing?

As a Coordinator in the Catering and Events department, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting several Catering & Event Managers.
