What will I be doing?
As an Event Manager, you will oversee the execution of meetings and events, serving as the primary link between the hotel and the client throughout their on‑site experience. You will coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure each team understands and fulfills its role during the event. By delivering a seamless and exceptional experience, you play a key part in securing future business and repeat bookings. Additionally, you will drive revenue by effectively upselling appropriate products and services. During the event, you will act as the client’s main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
