Starting Rate: $20.05 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.96.

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the Event Set Up Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain the cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas
• Lift and store tables, chairs and staging efficiently and safely
• Set-up, maintain and break down banquet meeting rooms
• Follow directions from banquet event orders for assigned banquet meetings
• Report needed repairs of unsafe equipment and or conditions

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have an Alberta Class 5 Driver License in good standing
• Must be able to provide a recent Driver’s Abstract in good standing
• Previous guest service experience preferred
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and under pressure
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs
• Carrying and pulling of over 20 lbs
