Kluczowe obowiązki Pracownika Executive Lounge:
-Wsparcie sprawnego funkcjonowania działu F&B, w którym wszystkie aspekty obsługi gości w zakresie żywności i napojów są dostarczane na najwyższym poziomie,
-Współpraca z zespołem, który maksymalizuje zadowolenie i komfort gości, zapewniając pozytywną i terminową reakcję na zapytania gości,
-Realizowanie planów i celów działu, w ramach których osiągane są inicjatywy i cele hotelu,
– Utrzymywanie czystości w pomieszczeniu Executive Lounge, uzupełnianie zapasów, obsługa gości,
-Budowanie i utrzymywanie efektywnych relacji z pracownikami oraz gośćmi hotelu przy jednoczesnym promowaniu kultury i wartości firmy,
-Zapewnienie przestrzegania i zgodności ze wszystkimi przepisami, w których wymagania należytej staranności i najlepsze praktyki są planowane, dostarczane i dokumentowane na potrzeby audytu wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego, wykonując działania następcze zgodnie z wymaganiami.
