Executive Sous chef

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Executive Souschef (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

  • You have complete responsibility for the mise-en-place of all items as well as the ordering of goods.
  • You will independently manage all items and communicate between the kitchen management and the employees of the department
  • You bring your creativity into the daily business
  • You collaborate on concepts and processes for events
  • You structure the various menus taking allergens into account
  • You ensure that the HACCP standards and our Marriott guidelines are implemented and adhered to
  • You will train new employees and trainees and provide them with regular training sessions

What we want from you:

  • A love and passion for international cuisine
  • Completed training as a chef
  • Several years of management experience
  • Guest orientation
  • Teamwork
  • Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of kitchen processes
  • Confident handling of Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
