The Fairmont Gold Server is a key ambassador of the Fairmont Gold experience, responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service and creating memorable, personalized moments for guests in the Fairmont Gold Lounge. Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, this role focuses on high-touch guest engagement that builds loyalty and drives repeat visits, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s standards of luxury, attentiveness, and sophistication.
