Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team. Deliver warm, attentive service across our restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests in restaurants, bars, and during events
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Set up and clear dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Assist with event setups and service as required
• Work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as per roster

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
