Assist in overseeing daily floor operations.
Lead and support the waitstaff team to ensure outstanding service.
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
Train and mentor waiters and runners.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Proven GCC experience in a 4* or 5* star property.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards.
A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.
