About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the F&B Host is responsible to provide the highest level of service and professional excellence, being ever present in the operation, ensuring the highest standards and satisfying completely our guests during their meal experience. The F&B Host reports to the F&B Supervisor.

As F&B Host, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support restaurant operations, including greeting, seating, and resetting tables.
• Provide kind and professional service to both guests and colleagues.
• Manage reservations using the SevenRooms system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and communicate key information to the team.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock of menus, newspapers, and surroundings.
• Respond proactively to guest feedback, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.

As F&B Host, we expect from you: 

• Valid EU Passport or Hellenic Residence Permit.
• Working experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
