HitchHike: Cali-Baja, van zonsopgang tot golden hour
Bij HitchHike draait alles om de Cali-Baja spirit: de culinaire fusie tussen Californië en Baja California: verse, seizoensgebonden ingrediënten, bold flavours en farm-to-table zonder poespas. We zijn open van 11:00 tot 01:00 en de menukaart reist mee met de dag: spicy Baja eggs Benedict en burrito’s in de middag, asado’s en tacos richting de avond. En als de zon zakt boven het Spuiplein? Dan is het tijd voor de golden hour ritual: een moment om te proosten, want een simpele toost maakt van vreemden vrienden.
