F&B Outlet Supervisor

Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s F&B Outlet Supervisor is in charge of managing the outlet’s daily operations together with the Outlet Manager, ensuring that the company’s high-quality standards are always met.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, support, feedback, and training to develop the team’s skills and performance
  • Lead the team to ensure a smooth and guest-focused service across the outlet
  • Follow the schedule and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Deliver an attentive and professional service and create memorable guests’ experiences
  • Ensure that the outlet’s back and front areas are clean and tidy at all times
  • Identify areas for improvement in service and quality and share observations and recommendations with the management team
  • Maintain an excellent product knowledge and promote food, beverage, and service offerings
  • Uphold Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Ensure an accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures
  • Take ownership of problem-solving and support the team in daily challenges

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field
  • 2-years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage
  • Fluency in Italian and English
