About the role:

You will ideally have a special talent and passion for ensuring you deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food and beverage offering is at the center of our guest experience.  You will be responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience.

What You will do:

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Ensure full understanding of the menu with the ability to effectively provide our customers with detailed description of dishes.
• Coordinate set-up requirements for hotel and off-site functions according to the banquet event order; communicate directly with group contacts, Catering Managers, and Conference Services Managers to ensure that all details of the function are carried out.

What You will bring:

• Previous working experience in fine-dining restaurant is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
• Outstanding communications skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, 5 days per week.
• Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Micros.
