We are currently seeking a Front Office Team Leader to join our vibrant team.  At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As the Front Office Team Leader, you bring an unmatched level of dedication, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office Team.

Our Front Office Team Leader love the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about everything in-between

  • Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the front office team.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel standards and service quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor cash handling, billing, and reservations accuracy.

Salary Details:

Competitive Salary provided – AED 2,500

Language Allowance for Arabic Speakers – AED 350
Service Charge Average – AED 700
Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate
