Join the Opening Team at Flaminia – Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is thrilled to announce the opening of Flaminia, our new signature restaurant overlooking the sparkling waters of Circular Quay.

Created in collaboration with the renowned Pilu restaurant, Flaminia will showcase refined Italian dining with a contemporary edge — where exceptional food, service, and atmosphere come together.

We’re seeking passionate and professional Food & Beverage Attendants to join our opening team. As part of this exciting launch, you’ll play a vital role in delivering warm, genuine service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

What you’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences

• Previous experience in premium dining or luxury hotels (preferred but not essential)

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a desire to learn and grow
