As our Food and Beverage Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting seamless operations across the food and beverage department, suppliers, stores, and finance team. This exciting position is ideal for an organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure timely food and beverage ordering, maintain accurate inventory records, champion food safety compliance, and support cost control efforts – all while helping our culinary and F&B teams deliver memorable dining experiences.

As Food and Beverage Coordinator, you’ll help maintain our exceptional standards in food quality, guest experience, hygiene, and cost control, supporting our food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll also champion food safety practices, assist with inventory audits, and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to optimise performance and reduce waste. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
