Food and Beverage Guest Service

POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary:  

  • Rise with us and assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
  • With a focus on our guest’s overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings

 

About You:  

  • An up-to-date RSA
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
