The Food and Beverage manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality and service within the department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year (2+ preferred) experience in upper management within a full service restaurant, 6 months (1+ year preferred) hotel and banquet experience, strong administrative skills to complete tasks including but not limited to scheduling, inventory, record keeping, and purchasing, excellent multi-tasking, time management and communication skills, open availability, and proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager you would be responsible for the direction and supervision of food servers, bartenders, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.
