The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is looking to add an incredible Food and Beverage Manager to their team! This dedicated, dynamic and organized induvial will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage outlets to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
The Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown has 216-rooms, situated on the Sioux Falls River, and will have over 20,000 square feet of meeting space. The property has amazing dining options onsite including a delectable Italian restaurant with patio, and a specialty coffee bar.

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
