Food and Beverage Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our talented management team!

This position will report to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and will oversee the Pendulum 401 Restaurant and Pratt & Perk Cafe & Market. This role will oversee aproximately 10-15 front of the house team members per shift.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years food and beverage leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills. Prior hotel leadership experience and union knowledge are highly preferred.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this position.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 / annually

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounges, room service, coffee shop, etc.) in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  •        Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  •        Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
