We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Administrator to support our Food & Beverage team.

About the role

As the Food & Beverage Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of our F&B department. Working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and outlet managers, you will provide essential administrative support, coordinate departmental communications, and help ensure the highest standards of service and organization across our restaurant, bar, events, and in-room dining.

What you will do:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Food & Beverage leadership team
• Manage departmental schedules, meetings, and communications
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems
• Support inventory tracking, purchasing, and invoice processing
• Help coordinate special events, promotions, and seasonal initiatives

What you bring:

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within hospitality or a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to a world-class guest experience
