Job Description

 

Our Food & Beverage Attendant role is all about energy, action, and delivering awesome guest experiences. If you love staying active, enjoy working in a team, and want to be part of something exciting – this is for you!

  • Show Manaakitanga: Hospitality is about people – greet guests with warmth, make them feel at home, and create memorable experiences through genuine connections.
  • An Active & Dynamic Role: You’ll be on your feet, delivering food & drinks, engaging with guests, and keeping service running smoothly.
  • Be the Menu Expert: Share your knowledge of our offerings, provide recommendations, and enhance the dining experience with confident and thoughtful service.
  • Stay Sharp & Think Ahead: Anticipate guest needs, support your team, and keep the energy high in a fast-moving environment.
  • Teamwork is Key: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a seamless and an enjoyable experience for every guest.
  • Commitment to Safety: Understand food safety requirements, be mindful of allergies, and ensure every guest dines with confidence.

 

Qualifications

 

You will be:

  • Hospitality Experienced: Preferably with experience in medium to large restaurants; 5-star hotel experience is a bonus
  • Guest-Centric: At least 3+ years in customer service, with a passion for creating great guest experiences
  • Confident & Clear: Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone – including taking room service orders professionally
  • Energetic & Reliable: Positive, proactive, and ready to lift the vibe of the team.
  • Quick on Your Feet: Thrive in fast-paced settings, multitask with ease, and stay composed under pressure
  • Barista-Skilled: Coffee-making skills are a huge plus!
