A Food & Beverage Maitre supports the Supervisor in coordinating the activities of the Guest Services team to deliver an exceptional dining experience, while assisting the team and ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards.
As a Food & Beverage Maitre, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the team, as well as overseeing service delivery to guests and clients of the Restaurant. Specifically, you will be expected to perform the following duties to the highest standards:
Assign tables and tasks to team members.
Request the necessary number of cooperative staff based on operational demand.
Identify operational needs within the department and communicate them to the Supervisor.
Follow established procedures in accordance with the department checklists.
Coordinate the work of all team members to ensure consistent service quality.
Handle the transfer of goods and materials between sectors.
Support the Supervisor with administrative tasks and team development activities.
Monitor and track monthly Food and Beverage inventories.
