The team is working on developing the bar to reflect a strong “local” story, with a menu that leans into freshly made food. The hotel is developing local partnerships to create niche events such as the recent “Jazz’d Up and Gin’d Out” and “Maggies Culture Crawl” featuring Aberdeen’s Rock Choir.
