As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:

• Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
• Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors
• Ensure that the outlets meet all sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant staff’s work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain high standards
• Resolve guests’ complaints promptly and professionally
• Train and mentor new staff members on company policies and procedures
