Food & Beverage Supervisor

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor on board Britannic Explorer, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that is responsible for the restaurant and bar operations aboard the luxury train. In this role, you will ensure an exceptional Food & Beverage service is provided to our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. Primary Responsibilities Include: 

• This is a seasonal role which runs from July to December in 2026.

• Managing guests’ dietary requirements.

• Taking guests’ orders.

• Ensuring LQA standards are met and maintained.

• Ensuring all F&B cleaning is complete based on the Standard Operating Procedure and reported accordingly.

• Maintaining F&B stock level, both operational and supplies, including china, crockery and glassware.

Requirements

What You Bring: 

• Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry. Hospitality qualification an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative.

• Good administration, organisational and excellent customer-service skills.

• Extensive food and beverage product knowledge.

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
