What you will do:

• • • Oversee daily operation, including customer service and staff supervision.
    • Maintain quality standards for food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Train and mentor staff to improve their performance.
    • Manage inventory and costs for efficient resource utilization.
    • Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations.

What you will bring:

• • • Previous experience in a prestigious hotel and in Supervisory role is required.
    • Ability to motivate and supervise the team.
    • Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
    • Complain handling skills and eye for details.
