Food & Beverage Team Member

We are now taking on an additional Full-Time team member in our Food and Beverage Department which includes the bar, the restaurant and Banqueting service

Job Description

• set up outlets as required by the hotel, and helps clean and tidy areas and equipment used during his/her work shift,
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• To assist the manager and supervisors in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
• Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• Strong team player and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Essential to be flexible with working hours.
• Must already have the right to work in the UK.
