The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a food server.
• A Valid Food Safety Certification and RBS Certification.
• The ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to effectively communication with English language-speaking guests.
• Knowledge about Food and Beverage services including all wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot beverages, other non-alcoholic beverages, cuisines and the overall enhancing of the dining experience.
• Previous experience working in Fine Dining is a PLUS!

Shift Pattern: Part-Time

Shift: Varies: AM/PM (including weekends and holidays)

Hourly Rate: $16.50 per hour (plus gratuity)

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
