Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the evening shift. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure

Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently

Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments

Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary
