Job Description

 

The Front Desk Agent ensures outstanding guest experiences by delivering warm, elegant service in line with MGallery’s boutique luxury positioning. This role handles check‐in/out, guest enquiries, reservations, billing, and liaising with other hotel departments to ensure guests’ needs are anticipated and fulfilled.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of a PMS system (Opera or equivalent); proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages an advantage.
