Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is seeking a talented and experienced Front Desk Receptionist who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What You Will Do
Checks in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guests’ names whenever possible. Assures that the guest is assigned the type of room requested and that the correct rate is charged. Arranges for luggage to be delivered to the guest room. Issue the correct keys to the guest.
What You Bring
· Requires a working knowledge of division operations.
· Working knowledge is generally learned on the job.
· Requires the ability to operate computer equipment and other Front Desk systems.
· Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
· More than 1 year of experience.
