Bonjour! At Sofitel, hospitality is an art, and every guest experience is a story waiting to be told. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead with elegance and confidence, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our Passion for Excellence and the art of French hospitality.
You will oversee the Front Desk, Porter’s Desk, Reception, cashiering, One Touch, and Reservations, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Leading, coaching, and developing Ambassadors, you will inspire your team to deliver consistent, world-class service, while managing VIP arrivals, credit matters, and the flawless upkeep of public areas and hotel facilities.
You will support hotel and departmental targets, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a strong knowledge of departments, events, conventions, and key personnel to enhance the guest experience.
Organised and hands-on, you will assist with rostering, manage duty keys and cash floats, perform audits, and lead induction and skills training programs, ensuring operational excellence at every level.
