Vom Hallo bis zum Tschüss sagen steckst Du Freude in jedes Detail. Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und bleibst in jeder Situation locker und professionell. Ob es nun der von Dir gemixte Drink war oder einfach nur Dein Lächeln – Deine Gäste fühlen sich wohl und freuen sich auf ein Wiedersehen.

Deine Aufgaben & was Dich erwartet:
Als Guest Service Agent bist Du Teil unseres Check-In Teams und gehörst zu den ersten Gesichtern, die den Hotelgästen bei ihrer Ankunft bei uns entgegenstrahlen.
Wie läuft so ein Check-In ab? Gästedaten eintragen, Unterschriften sammeln, Zimmerkarte kodieren & fertig! Egal ob an der Rezeption oder an unseren Check-In Kiosks, Du stehst unseren Gästen zur Seite und unterstützt sie bei allen Fragen. Nebenbei zauberst Du ihnen an unserer Bar noch einen Welcome Drink in die Hand und verabschiedest sie mit einem Ausflugstipp in die City.
