Job Description

 

You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering warm, professional service and ensuring a seamless stay. This is a hands‑on, guest‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys variety and a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, check‑in and check‑out using Opera PMS
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently
  • Assist with group arrivals and departures
  • Operate phones, process payments and balance transactions
  • Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel services
  • Support luggage handling, wake‑up calls and guest assistance
  • Work collaboratively with hotel and precinct teams

 

Qualifications

 

What we’re looking for

  • Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OPERA is advantageous
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Have full working rights in Australia
