FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Description du poste

 

Le Front Office Manager est responsable de la gestion quotidienne des opérations de la réception. Il/elle veille à offrir un service client de qualité, à encadrer l’équipe d’accueil et à garantir le bon déroulement des arrivées, départs et demandes des clients ou visiteurs.

Missions principales :

1. Gestion des opérations de réception

  • Superviser les activités quotidiennes du front office (accueil, standard téléphonique, réservations, check-in/check-out).
  • Assurer la fluidité et la qualité du service client.
  • Gérer les situations particulières ou les réclamations clients.
  • Augmenter ses revenus grâce à ses efforts de vente et en gérant efficacement les revenus des chambres (Revenue Management)
  • Mettre en oeuvre de projets de marque et de groupe et de fonctionnalités d’identité ;
  • Effectuer des quarts de travail de gestion en conséquence DM ROTA et les besoins de l’entreprise.

2. Encadrement de l’équipe

  • Recruter, former et encadrer le personnel de la réception.
  • Organiser les plannings et assurer la continuité du service.
  • Motiver l’équipe et veiller au respect des standards de qualité.
