JOB DESCRIPTION

Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Front Office Manager to join the Team in Park City!

With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As Front Office Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest service and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls and overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use and management, budgeting and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitationhttps://jobs.hilton.com/apac/en/job/HOT0CHCL/Front-Office-Manager-Waldorf-Astoria-Park-City
