Als Front Office Medewerker ben jij de eerste glimlach die onze gasten zien, en de laatste die ze zich herinneren wanneer ze vertrekken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat hun verblijf onvergetelijk wordt!
Wat ga je doen?
Je rol bestaat uit het verwelkomen van gasten en het vervullen van hun wensen gedurende hun hele verblijf. Je speelt proactief in op hun behoeften en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich bevoegd voelt om eventuele klachten zelfstandig op te lossen en bijzondere momenten te creëren. Daarnaast voer je de gebruikelijke Front Office werkzaamheden uit, en het afhandelen van overige administratieve taken.
