We are currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our vibrant team.  At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

  • You will supervise our front office team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
  • You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
  • As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
  • Support the Front Office Manager with the day-to-day running of front office operations
  • Lead shifts in the absence of the Front Office Manager
  • Liaise closely with housekeeping ,maintenance and other departments
  • Monitor room availability, reservations and front desk activities.
  • Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial procedures.
  • Coach, guide, and support team members to maintain service excellence

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Likes having fun at work
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
  • Qualification in Hospitality Management or any related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in front office operations, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera, PMS systems and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of front office procedures and guest service standards .
  • Confident ,calm and professional approach in high -pressure situations.
  • Strong leadership, communication , and organisational skills.
  • Excellent email and telephone etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
