MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager or their Assistants, the Front Desk Intern participates in welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay. They will gain an understanding of the Front Office operations, check-in/check-out procedures, as well as the quality and service standards expected.
SPECIFIC TASKS:
• Guest Reception & Relations:
Welcome guests courteously and professionally, in person or over the phone;
Carry out check-in and check-out procedures under supervision;
Provide clear information about hotel services and local activities;
Direct guests to the appropriate internal contacts according to their requests (concierge, room service, housekeeping, etc.);
Respond to simple or recurring requests (wake-up calls, taxi bookings, tourist recommendations).
• Administrative Support:
Assist with entering and updating guest information in the property management system (PMS);
Organize and prepare arrival dossiers for the current and following day;
Contribute to billing and payment processing under supervision;
Follow instructions communicated between teams (logbook, shift reports, etc.).
• Coordination with Internal Departments:
Inform Housekeeping and Technical teams of arrivals, departures, or special requests;
