Das Hotel ibis Winterthur City* verfügt über 88 Zimmer, ein Frühstücksraum, eine Bar mit Terrasse, sowie ein Seminarraum.

Sie sind:
eine aufgeschlossene, fröhliche Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, schnell Kontakte zu knüpfen. Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift. Die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Gästen gelingt Ihnen dank solider Englischkenntnisse, insbesondere im mündlichen Bereich.
Zur Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
Anbieten eines konstanten und unvergesslichen Service für alle unsere Gäste.
– Betreuung der Gäste sowie ggf. Nachbuchung von Frühstücken und Getränken.
– Vorbereitung der Mise-en-Place und Anrichten des Buffets.
– Unterstützung der Gäste beim Buffet und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.
– Verantwortung für das Abräumen und die Sauberkeit des Frühstücksraums.
– Abwaschen, Trocknen und Verräumen von Geschirr und Besteck.
– Mitverantwortung für die Warenbestellung
– Einhaltung und Anwendung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften, insbesondere der HACCP Normen
