Como GEX & Concierge Supervisor, serás responsable de supervisar la operativa diaria del equipo de Guest Experience & Concierge, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio y la excelencia en la experiencia del huésped.
Tu función asegurará una atención personalizada y fluida durante toda la estancia, actuando como punto de referencia ante incidencias, situaciones especiales y atenciones VIP, y coordinando con otros departamentos para mantener un alto nivel de calidad operativa.

Lo que buscamos:
Experiencia
Experiencia en Guest Experience, Concierge o Front Office en hoteles lifestyle o de servicio completo.
Valorable experiencia en supervisión de equipos, coordinación operativa y gestión de incidencias o atenciones a huéspedes VIP.
Educación
Formación en Gestión Hotelera, Turismo o áreas afines.
Habilidades blandas
Alto nivel de organización y atención al detalle.
Excelente comunicación y capacidad de escucha activa.
Orientación al huésped.
Actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones bajo presión
Habilidades duras
Conocimientos de Opera y Nuvola
Conocimiento de procesos operativos hoteleros.
