Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead and oversee all operations of a superb 60-villa luxury property in Bali.
Define and implement exceptional customer service and quality standards.
Strong background in sales and marketing to drive revenue and market presence.
Manage unique operations and guest experiences across villas, F&B, and facilities.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintaining operational excellence.
South East Asian hospitality experience is essential.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven leadership in luxury or boutique resorts.
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team management skills.
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards.
