The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a talented Guest Experience Agent to join the Team!
The Guest Experience Agent responds to a wide variety of guest requests, adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. This position reports to the Guest Experience Manager.
