Be Part of Something Truly Special! Join the Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol team as a Guest Recognition Specialist. This expansive property will feature 96 beautifully decorated rooms and 61 residences, located in the “tourist corridor” between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, perched atop the stunning Baja California Sur with breathtaking views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The facilities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an outdoor gym, Spa & Spa Garden, and an event room in the clubhouse.

The GRS is responsible for guest profile management both on property and globally, focusing on three key areas: profile management, pre-arrival preparation, and data privacy. Through careful auditing and updating of guest information, the GRS ensures that all departments have accurate, relevant, and timely data to deliver personalized service.
This role works closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Guest Relations and Concierge teams to ensure all arrivals are properly reviewed and that guest histories, preferences, and special requirements are captured and communicated according to Four Seasons standards.
