Guest Relations Agent

 

At The Ritz-Carlton, we craft experiences that stay with our guests long after their visit. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will serve as an ambassador of our legendary service, ensuring every guest feels recognized, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. You will anticipate needs, resolve concerns with grace, and create personalized experiences that reflect the uncompromising luxury of The Ritz-Carlton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to all guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs throughout their stay
  • Handle VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests with the highest level of attention and discretion
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service and memorable guest experiences
  • Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and recognition programs to deliver tailored experiences

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
  • Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
  • Professional communication skills and appearance
  • resilience, teamwork and flexibility
  • Quality awareness
  • A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
  • excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
