We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and passionate individual to join our esteemed Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where every interaction with our guests is an opportunity to create a lasting impression. As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first face guests see when they arrive and the last person they interact with when they leave – making you an integral part of our guests’ experience.
Your role will be to provide a heartfelt welcome to each guest, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and addressing any requests or concerns with a genuine desire to enhance their stay.
