Dans le cadre de notre saison 2026, nous recherchons un Guest Service Operator (H/F) passionné(e), rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre formidable équipe des Réservations.
En collaboration avec les différents services de l’Hôtel et sous la responsabilité du service des Réservations, au sein du département Marketing, vous êtes un soutien actif et opérationnel de l’activité des services de l’Hôtel et plus spécifiquement au service PBX en :

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
– Français courant exigé
– Anglais courant exigé
– Maîtrise d’une 3ème langue appréciée
– Maîtrise des techniques d’accueil
– Maîtrise informatique et bureautique
– Connaissance de logiciel hôtelier.
– Ponctuel(e), Motivé(e) et Réactif(ve)
