岗位职责
1.准备当天和次日团队的到达和离店,与客房部和备品中心协调,以便更好地为早到的客人准备好房间;
2.高效率地办理入住和退房手续,执行收银业务;
3.定时地监督系统的漏帐;
4.处理失物招领时能购迅速报告并上交物品;
5.实践和熟练掌握紧急事件处理程序;
6.确保每个班次打印报表,完成追踪报告等;
7.与礼宾部协调换房事宜等。
职位要求
1.良好的英文口语及书写能力,为全球客人提供良好的接待服务;
2.1年或以上五星级国际奢华酒店工作经验,了解前台服务流程;
3.熟练使用Opera系统;
4.良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
