Funciones Generales:
La Encargada de Habitaciones es la responsable de la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo asignadas. Dentro de sus asignaciones está el de apoyar a los gerentes y supervisores. Es responsable del cuidado y comodidad de los huéspedes durante su estancia en el hotel cumpliendo los estándares establecidos por Four Seasons.
Conocimientos y Habilidades
Experiencia:
· Experiencia requerida en el puesto mínimo de 6 meses
· Experiencia en hotelería de lujo (Deseable)
Habilidades:
· Comprender y familiarizarse con los estándares de calidad y estándares de servicio del hotel
· Habilidad para hablar, escribir y leer el idioma Español.
· Máximo nivel de integridad y transparencia
· Aplicar un enfoque ético al resultado de las situaciones.
· Habilidades razonables para resolver problemas, tomar decisiones y resolver conflictos
· Trabajar de manera segura, prudente y organizada
