Primary Responsibilities Include  

• Manage restaurant reservations, including booking, confirming, and adjusting reservations as needed.

• Supervise and mentor hostess team members.

• Create and maintain work schedules for the hostess team.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with the Hotel team to ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction.

• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously and escalate as necessary
